Natural Wines

Small production, naturally produced wines are at the core of our portfolio and what we like to sell and drink.  Triage Wines represents growers and winemakers that pursue techniques such as:

  • - Hand harvesting of grapes
  • - Biodynamic, organic, and low-impact farming
  • - Use of native, rather than cultured, yeasts
  • - Minimal manipulation in the cellar without the use of  concentrating technologies like rotofermenters and reverse osmosis
  • - Production of wines that express terroir over varietal or specific flavor profiles
  • - Valuing the harmony of a wine more than its intensity or impact
